At medical conferences in the United States announced the promising results of new drug for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease under the name rember (Rember).
Effects of the drug is aimed at cell proteins, which are responsible for memory loss. This process can be stopped using the drug rember, and maybe even turn it around. The drug still needs more testing, and several years would be required to enter the market. There are currently suffering from Alzheimer's disease 26 million people. It was expected that the number of patients will increase in the general population postareniem.
